YOUR RENTAL INCLUDES:
Three (3) hours use of one (1) tent in our picnic area

COST:
$400.00 +tax
DEPOSIT/PAYMENT:
Final payment for Venue Rentals must be made no less than 48 hours before your rental date.
Payment can be made by *company check, in person or by credit card over the phone.
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and cash. *Company checks must be received at least two (2) weeks before the rental date. Your deposit will be deducted from your bill when final payment is made. Tax-exempt status can only be applied if a valid tax-exempt certificate is received at least seven (7) days prior to the event date. Documentation received after this deadline may not be accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Deposit funds for venue rentals cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the event start time will be fully refunded.
Deposit funds for venue rentals cancelled due to inclement weather will be fully refunded.
Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the start time of your venue rental will forfeit the full deposit amount. If you would like to reschedule to another date, your deposit will be applied to your new date.
FOOD:
We do offer catering depending on the date of your event. Please email

You are welcome to bring your own food. We do allow outside food deliveries. All food and supplies must be removed by the end of your rental time.
Deliveries may arrive 30 mins before the start of your rental.
All deliveries must enter the farm from the Hartford Rd. entrance. Deliveries to the market are not allowed.
You must provide us with your vendor’s contact information no later than a week prior to your event.
ALCOHOL POLICY:
Alcohol is not allowed in the picnic area unless given written approval by Johnson’s Corner Farm LLC
DECORATIONS:
You may arrive 30 minutes prior to your start time. If you need additional time, please contact us no later than one week prior to your rental. The picnic tables will be clean, but you may bring tablecloths if you prefer. Our tables are 8” picnic bench style with attached seating. You can decorate your tent. All decorations must be removed before the end of your rental time. Company branding material is allowed. Sorry, no balloons or piñatas.
PARKING:
When sending out your invitations please inform your guests to enter Johnson’s Farm from the Hartford Road Entrance (across form Lenape High School) and park in the field lot adjacent to the Tented Picnic Area. A facility map is supplied for your invitations.
2A:42A-10. Notwithstanding the provisions of any law to the contrary, an owner, lessee or occupant of agricultural or horticultural land shall not have a legal duty to protect a person who is invited onto the land for the purposes of picking or taking agricultural or horticultural products from the natural risks or hazards that are inherent characteristics of agricultural or horticultural land, and shall not be liable if such a person invited onto the land is injured because of any natural risks or hazards that are inherent characteristics of agricultural or horticultural land.
